Fox in the Hen House Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
This first vintage of Fox in the Hen House Cabernet is deep black in color, with a squid ink hue. It has aromas of subtle and sophisticated spice, cassis, crushed tobacco leaf, bay leaf, cedar and vanilla. The palate has a fine and generous mouthfeel, with vanilla and boysenberry; hints of toast and dark chocolates complement this full-bodied, well-balanced and surprisingly powerful wine.
